Training, short

I started reading a book on training for climbing. One thing was to set short medium and long term goals.

Today’s short term goal is to practise taking lead falls in nalkkila. If I climb the route i will be happy, but the focus of my climbing will be to attempt sketchy moves with as little fear as possible. My sacrifice will be not to climb other easier routes except possibly one warm up.

Medium term goal is probably climbing nikotiini. Not sure what that requires from training and sacrifices.

Long term goal is climbing 8a, or something like 7c depending on how challenging it gets. Sacrifices need to be thought out.
